Recruitment is built and going live this week, ahead of Thursday night in Ipswich. So this is the next one. It does not start with new advertising. It starts with the contacts you have already paid for.
Read from your own instance with the agency seat you gave us on 28 July. Read only, nothing changed. Yours to keep whatever you decide to do next.
This is not a people finding. Your agents are on their phones answering leads every day, and the platform never wrote any of it down, so there has never been a screen that told anyone what was left. The work below is the screen, and the follow up that should have been behind it.
Every contact and every open opportunity graded by how close it is to a sale, so the highest intent names go first and the competition entrants are not treated like sellers.
You find out what you actually own.
Each contact called and messaged with a reason to talk: what their home is likely worth now, and an offer of an appraisal. Written in Freedom's voice, consent and do not call handled properly.
Every name gets a real approach, not another giveaway.
Anyone who is interested is booked straight into that agent's calendar, and the whole conversation is written back onto their contact record in Agent Growth.
The agent walks into a booked appointment.
Contacts worked, conversations had, appraisals booked, and what each one cost. The same Friday report you already get for recruitment.
Cost per appraisal, not clicks.
Every contact worked by phone and by message, at a volume no team could hold, in Freedom's name and on Freedom's record.
It sits on top of the platform you already own and pay for. Nothing is rebuilt, nothing is migrated, and the data never leaves Agent Growth.
You said it yourself in August: prove the model works, learn from the data, then expand. So this is scoped the same way recruitment was. One agent's database, worked properly, measured properly, before anybody talks about the other twenty nine.
| Piece | Each | Qty | Line |
|---|---|---|---|
| Database audit and segmentationEvery contact and open opportunity in the chosen database graded by intent, with the competition traffic separated out. | $900 | 1 | $900 |

| The calling and messaging layer, wired inStood up against your Agent Growth instance, writing every conversation back onto the contact record. Excludes call and message costs, which are billed at cost. | $1,600 | 1 | $1,600 |
| Booking and handoverAppraisals landing straight into the agent's calendar, with the notes attached and a ping when someone needs a human. | $500 | 1 | $500 |
| Consent, opt out and do not call handlingUnsubscribe and opt out written into every sequence, and the existing relationship basis recorded against each segment. | $400 | 1 | $400 |
| Full build, one off | $4,800 | ||
| Pared back, audit and sequence and calling layer only | $3,900 | ||
| Managed, per month | $2,400 |
Ex GST. Month to month, no lock in, the same terms as the recruitment engagement. Call and message costs are paid by Freedom directly, the way ad spend is. Rolling out to a further database after the pilot is $600 each.
In August you wrote that the number that eventually matters is cost per recruited agent, and the revenue those agents bring in. This is the same sentence with one word changed.
Everything above already exists as a report for recruitment. It arrives every Friday afternoon and it would carry this alongside, on the same page, so there is one number for the whole relationship rather than two.
Tick anything you want included and send it through. Nothing is committed by sending it, and anything you leave unticked simply does not get built.
