Freedom Property database reactivation

Josh Sherwood · Freedom Property
Scope
The contacts already inside Agent Growth
Date
September 2026
Status
Private and confidential

The idea

Every contact you have already paid for gets a call, in Freedom's name, offering an appraisal.

Sellers get booked into an agent's calendar. Buyers get brought up to date. Everyone else gets a date to come back around. Nothing new is bought.

What you have sitting there

13,089
contacts in Agent Growth
2,102
open opportunities untouched since January

Every one of them was paid for once. None of them have been called.

What we have tested

21 real estate agencies, 22,703 calls, October to August. Existing databases only.

38%
picked up and had a real conversation
555
appraisals booked
1,129
written off contacts back in the pipeline

Our estimate for you

22 to 44
appraisals from the 2,102 opportunities untouched since 1 January
137 to 275
appraisals across all 13,089 contacts in Agent Growth

Low end is April's three agencies: one appraisal for every hundred contacts called. High end is the twenty one agency test: two in every hundred. Your counts, their rates.

Three test calls

  • A seller foundMarket update offer, desktop appraisal booked
    0:39
  • A downsizer, SydneyValuation agreed, brief written down, callback timed
    1:37
  • Buying and selling, PerthBudget, suburbs, timing and an appraisal, all on one call
    2:11
0:000:39

A contact not spoken to in years, called with the offer of a market update. The agent finds a seller and books a desktop appraisal.

  • AgentWe're just touching base with a few neighbours to see if they'd like a quick market update on their home. Would you like me to pop you on that list?
  • ContactYes, please. I have been thinking about selling, so it's probably come at the right time that you contacted me.
  • AgentThat's really good timing then, I'm glad we caught you. Would you prefer Anthony to pop past for a quick in-person chat, or would a desktop appraisal by email be easier to start with?
  • ContactIf you can just send me an email with the appraisal and what you guys think you could get for me, that would be good.
  • AgentEasy, we can definitely do that for you.

How the campaign runs

  • 1Week one. We segment the database and write the calls in Freedom's voice.
  • 2Weeks two to three. We call and message the 2,102 opportunities untouched since January.
  • 3Weeks three to six. We reach out to all 13,089 contacts.
  • 4Every appraisal lands in the agent's calendar. Every conversation goes on the contact record.
  • 5Every Friday you get contacts worked, pickups, appraisals booked and cost per appraisal, alongside the recruitment report.

What do you think?

Pick the database and we start.
