The idea

An AI voice agent calls every contact you have already paid for, in Freedom's name, and offers an appraisal.

It sounds like a person, it holds a real conversation, and it never gets tired. Sellers get booked into an agent's calendar. Buyers get brought up to date. Everyone else gets a date to come back around.
